Returns Policy

Eligibility

• New Equipment: The equipment can only be returned if its characteristics do not match the one you received. Returns are accepted within 1 day of purchase.
• Second-hand Equipment: All sales are final. However, we provide a 3-day inspection period upon delivery for any significant discrepancies undisclosed.

Condition of Return

• Equipment must be in its original packaging (if applicable) and in unused, resalable condition.
• All accessories, manuals, and original documentation must be included.

Return Process

• Notify us within the specified return period via email or phone, providing the invoice number and reason for return.
• We will guide you through the return process, including arranging for the equipment to be picked up or providing shipping instructions.

Inspection and Approval

• New Equipment: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the replacement.
• Second-hand Equipment: Inspection occurs within the 3-day inspection period, and any discrepancies should be reported immediately.

Refunds

• No refunds for new equipment. Only replacements.
• No refunds for second-hand equipment. However, we are committed to addressing any undisclosed issues within the 3-day inspection period.

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee may apply to returns of new equipment to cover the costs associated with transportation, processing and inspecting returned items.

Damaged or Defective Equipment

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving the equipment if it is damaged or defective.
• We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibilities

• It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the equipment upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
• Follow the return instructions provided to ensure a smooth process.
